Purchased the pro form trailrunner 2.0 Dec 28th. Looks great and functions appear that they would contribute to a good workout. The treadmill has never functioned properly since we bought it. After 2 weeks the the authorized repair company was able to stop by for 5 minutes to confirm that the treadmill did not work. The repair company ordered the replacement parts, but the parts are backordered indefintely. We’ve been going back and forth with ICON fitness and their customer service to have the unit returned because the parts are on indefinite backorder. Their customer service line averages right around a 45 minute wait time for anyone selecting the option to return equipment. I easily have 4+ hours of hold time with them. Buyer Beware with any ICON Fitness equipment. They are suppose to arranage the RMA at this time, 3 months later. Very disapointed.
